Shortly after graduating from Yeshiva University with a degree in Marketing, Lavie entered the Workforce Development field. Lavie has worked for some of the largest social service and not for profit agencies in the United States assisting job seekers in career counseling and job development.
Lavie has been a key note speaker on job search related issues in front of crowds of between 100 to 200 people.
